Baguio city ends the month with a colorful and happy Grand Street Dancing Parade. We were at Session road at 6am but many spectators like us arrived there as early as 5am . However, the parade started past 8am.
Panagbenga, also known as Flower Festival is celebrated every 2nd month of the year. It's a one month event happening in the heart of the City Pines or The Summer Capital of the Philippines.
